General Information

Dress Code
The Delaware Room is formal and requires coat and tie for gentlemen and appropriate dress for women. The Bellevue Room, Grille Room, Outside Deck, and the Members' Bar require business casual attire. Jeans are not acceptable within any area of the Club.

Cell Phones
We understand the importance of communications, but do not want one's phone call to disrupt the enjoyment of the Club for others. Therefore, cell phone use is permitted in our lobby and business center only. Cell phone use is prohibited in our Members' Bar, dining rooms and banquet areas.

Smoking
Cigarette smoking is permitted only in the Members' Bar area. Pipes and cigars may only be used in the Billiard Room.

Menus
Please note that only Member menus are marked with meal prices. All guests receive menus without pricing information. In addition, members do not have to sign for any services at the Club.

Reservations
Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made through Dining Room Reservations at 302.658.5125. For reservations to Club events please contact Club Events Reservations at 302.658-5168 extension 102.

Cancellation
The Club maintains a 72-hour cancellation policy for special events and Club functions. Cancellations not received within 72 hours (3 working days) are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. However, please note that for some special events (Wine Committee Functions and Wine Dinners among others) there is a one-week cancellation policy. Members should check their monthly newsletter for details on special events.

Alcohol Service
The Club encourages all Members and their guest to drink responsibly and reminds you that our staff, bartenders and Club Management reserve the right to discontinue alcoholic beverage service to anyone who, in their opinion, appears to be intoxicated, or otherwise acting under the influence of alcohol.

 
Valets
Valet parking service is available on weekends and as needed during special events. Modest tipping of the valet is permitted.
